The Forgotten Story of The Highway Inn
In a country in the Northern Hemisphere of the third planet in the Milky Way's Solar System, there is the S'mentry Manor guesthouse, located on the edge of a resort. Those who stay there are involuntarily drawn into a path of no return and have their memories lost as soon as they step into the reception area. All the employees are non-human creatures, despite their ordinary appearances; one of them is Chronos, the god of time, who inhabits the body of a boy in puberty. In love with Luminê, he keeps conniving with the nefarious activities around him, hoping that one day he will have a chance with the fairy of death. His plans, however, fall apart when a new guest causes Luminê to put everyone at risk, including herself, by refusing to perform the ritual that would take the life of Mathew, the man who aroused feelings in her that she did not even know. Now the hostess has a few weeks to make difficult choices that will trigger irreversible consequences.

Mathew has always dreamed of great love, but life has led him to share a routine without many adventures with a woman with whom he... gets along. On a cold autumn night, however, everything changes. On his way to the hospital where his brother is admitted, he feels an intense headache and decides to stop for a rest. That is when he sees, at the top of a hill, an inn. As if hypnotized, he drives to the place, where he is welcomed by a young woman dressed in white with a candle in her hand. He is immediately seized by a fascination with the mysterious woman. Even though his instincts tell him he should flee as soon as possible, Matthew needs to get to know her better. Although his memories are trying to deceive him, he knows something very wrong in the inn, but he remains there; after all, that innkeeper reminds him of his dead dream.
